The trip was much needed after I had a few emotional days. I just realized that Matt and I only have a few months together before it will never be the two of us again.

Wednesday, August 29, 2012. A few weekends ago, we had absolutely nothing going on. No plans for an entire weekend, and this momma was super excited! We started out our Saturday morning with breakfast out, and then decided to go hiking. This summer was so stinkin hot that we hardly spent any time outside. Saturday was nice, not too hot, with a decent breeze. We drove up to a park nearby that has a 1.5 mile hiking trail along the river. Sam has his hiking stick, and hes ready to go!
