Mad About Justice

Friday, November 9, 2007. The reason why having a racially diverse jury makes a difference only became clear to me after researching this project. People of different races and socioeconomic backgrounds have different interpretations of the law, and how it should be applied. Presumption of Innocence- Self Analysis.

Morality within Justice

This blog will look at various moral issues that lie within our justice system in the US. Kelly will be focusing on criminal sentencing in regard to socioeconomic status. Imran will examine issues of racial inequality within the justice system. Haley is focusing on the issues of morality in plea bargaining.
