This project took place in 2004 at the Woodridge public housing project in Emma, North Carolina, where a group of children in grades 2-5 used simple cameras and black-and-white film to capture their world. Later their work was exhibited at the Highsmith Gallery of the University of North Carolina, Asheville and at the Emma Family Resource Center.
