Sunday, 16 May 2010. May 2010 day two. Almond milk and strawberry shake. Raw pecan and buckwheat snacks. Cheese and non-wheat crackers. Steamed asparagus and baby new potatoes. Apple juice, cider. Not the most balanced diet today, but its Sunday, so Ill let myself off. During the week, though, its definitely a case of must try harder. Thursday, October 21, 2010. First I pureed a cup of lowfat cottage cheese in my magic bullet. I serve this with a little whipped light cream on top.
