A little of this and that. Sunday, March 15, 2015. Today we were thrilled to bless Phoebe and to have both sets of our parents in town to help celebrate her blessing. We are filled with gratitude for good friends and family who surround us during these memorable times. As she did for Zoey and Kaia, my mom made her blessing gown. All of the beautiful trim is from my wedding gown and I think it is a stunning dress. We took over a hundred pictures. Here are just a few.

Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Party in the USA. It has been such an amazing and exciting summer for the Meises. WARNING LONG POST AND LOTS OF PICTURES! We have been a lot of places and I will eventually get to writing about all of them. Summer started in June when Hudson and I went to the US. First stop was Pennsylvania where we spent a few days with Nanna and Pops thats what were calling him, right? We spent 3 glorious weeks playing with Grammy and Grandpa, Aunty Christy, Uncle Jason and Hudsons cousi.CONTENT

Besides the fact that the loss of Jon Stewart feels like a close friend is moving away, this makes me feel homesick, because strangely, watching The Daily Show has been home for me. Stewart was like a favorite conversation partner, an intellectual mentor whose company I supremely enjoyed, even if the feeling was never really mutual.
