The First Gleam of Dawn. Monday, August 7. We got up at 530 am on Sunday to catch a bus to the airport. Our flight from Denizli to Istanbul left at 9 am and only took 45 minutes, but would have been a really long drive. After getting to our hotel, we sat in the lobby and thought, what continent are we on? That is a strange question to ask considering we knew what country and city we were in. . It was hard to say goodbye to the Van Dyks. I will really miss them. I already do! Monday, July 31. Carpedo.
