Monday, April 19, 2010. Posted by Keith and Stacey. We completed our second week of training yesterday. We swam 400 meters on Friday, ran 20 minutes on Saturday and biked 8 miles on Sunday. The biking and swimming is great, but I am still not the biggest fan of running. Hopefully the love will come later. Now moving back to Thursday. I am going to talk about the spa.
