Tuesday, July 16, 2013. I started back up on my diet in April. I was recovered from my c-section and ready to go. I was doing so good, exercising, and eating great. I went from 245 to 233 in 6 weeks. And then I binged one day and have not stopped since. Ive fallen off the wagon so damn bad to the point that I dont want to weigh in. That means putting my health above all! No more, no more! There is always going to be something in life that I could wait for to move forward, so its ridiculous to wait any.
