I was noticing a difference in bloating and energy. In fact I ate breakfast at 745 yesterday morning and didnt have lunch until 2pm. And then I was STARVING! And popcorn shrimp and a baked potato and it was all so glorious! And as soon as I was done eating I was ready to pass out. This is why we cant have this stuff in the house! Yesterday I had.
