My experiences while training for the Wineglass Marathon, and race day itself, were reminders of this. I began to no longer care. I was determined to get my long runs in since I knew there was no way I could go into a marathon without them, but the rest of my training suffered. Why was I craving company?CONTENT

I think its time to step up my game and challenge myself to move as much as my body will allow. I have decisions to make! My pain has been pretty mild over the past few weeks so I think this is an opportunity to move.
