Half Man - My Journey of Fitness. This is a blog of my journey of fitness which began on January 28, 2007. I estimate my weight to have been 380 lbs. My weight-loss goal is to reach 190 lbs. Monday, 15 August 2011. I am making this post my final post on this blog. As I have no further traveling planned in the foreseeable future, I see no more point in keeping up the blog. I have, however, finished uploading my photos from central America on picasa, feel free to have a look through them.
