I normally use the oven or steam food when I need food to be cooked in parallel with rice so I can get food ready on table in less than 40 minutes. This the baked fish which is so easy to make. You can see everything in the picture. Basically just lay your fillet on aluminium foil. Pre-heat oven and bake at 200 celcius for 20 minutes. Cilantro stew pork with potato.
