Um mit DHL zu sprechen, muss man zunächst als Kunde unterscheiden, um welche Art von Paket es sich handelt, Normal oder Express. Der simple Gedanke, dass es sich um ein Paket handelt und man dabei einfach seinen Paketzulieferer anruft, in diesem unglücklichen Fall DHL, funktioniert leider nicht.
