Monday, March 18, 2013. My Mom and Tom bought us a weekend away at Weekend to Remember in Madison, WI! We had fun enjoying each other, learning a lot, and it was very nice to just get away and sit in the hot tub! Some favorite pictures from the weekend. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. We have been having a nice summer and enjoying the mostly beautiful weather here in Provo. Looking back to the mountains. From the parking lot- this is what we hiked! Monday, April 30, 2012.
Friday, August 31, 2012. A couple weekends ago I realized that everything will be closed during the week soon; the wading pools, Adventureland, all the fun summer things we like to do. Since then, we have been soaking up every last drop of summer. I took the kids for a bike ride on.
Monday, May 13, 2013. Divine Role of a Mother. Snuggling a warm new little body and gently kissing the soft wet skin. First night without much sleep and many more from then on. Messy diapers and piles more of laundry to wash. Feedings accompanied with spit up. Teething causing drool and chapped faces. Look of abandonment with immunizations. First taste of solid foods. Cheerios and carefully diced foods are grasped in a chunky little fist.

It is fun to hear the excitement for Santa, but Im also love to hear Brynlee recite the Christmas story and begin to understand the significance of that night in Bethlehem.
