Thursday, June 14, 2012. Im currently at about 195 lbs, and possibly 27 body fat, which sucks big ones. My new goal is 175 lbs by August 30th 2012. Ultimate goal will be 155 lbs by December 31st 2012. That will be 85 lbs in one year. Might as well pay for six months at the gym, lol. Also, thought this site was cool hundredpushups.com. Gonna try for that as well as the sit-ups and squats. Extra exercise, extra goals. Breakfast 2 eggs and 12 cup of oatmeal. Snack 2 scoops of protein powder shake.
