As I entered the 2nd trimester of my pregnancy with the twins, I could tell that things were going to be much different than my pregnancies with Natalie and Claire. It was hard to bend over, hard to roll over in bed, and in general I just felt very uncomfortable. I took a few trips with Dan and the girls during those months.

Lasts are often unnoticed and unrecognized - gone until you look back from the new stage and think, remember when. Like the last time Clara crawled. Or the last butchering of the word spaghetti. So we recognized and appreciated it. Our last season of non-scheduled bliss.

Saturday, January 26, 2013. Lifts head and turns side to side when on her belly. Sleeps 3 to 4 hour stretches at night. Wakes 2 to 3 times to eat at night. Eats every 2 to 3 hours during the day and sleeps between most feedings. Not on a schedule yet. Still has bright blue eyes. Loves to be swaddled up and held against your chest. 8 lbs and 14 oz.
