For Christmas Eve dinner I made a Christmas tree pizza. After dinner, Roderick opened his new pajamas and we left some cookies and hot cocoa for Santa and then set out our stockings. We were all really excited and had a lot of fun! All in all it was our first Christmas as just the Salony family and we made some great memories.

Saturday, February 28, 2009. I am ready for Spring! Kris helped Jayden build this snowman in one of the last snowstorms. It lasted about 2 days until some high school brats decapitated it. I am so done with winter. The kids could play on the beach all day! .

Sunday, July 25, 2010. Sunday, July 11, 2010. Kylee did not go with us. She opted to spend a few days with my parents and her cousins. Sometimes an adult vacation is needed! We spent the majority of our time down at the beach doing absolutely nothing! It was not as warm as I would have liked, but it was so peaceful and relaxing. We ended up going to the Padres game, which was really fun, until the earthquake. Yep! That is right, earthquake! I am done. I want to go home! Monday, June 28, 2010.

Wednesday, August 06, 2014. So, we left their sparkling clean rental car in the driveway, and packed into our van like sardines, and set out for the 5-hour drive. The kids brought every electronic device known to man, and entertained themselves completely. Well, besides asking for help with treats, and headphones, and movies, and. okay, so even with electronic devices, kids are a lot of work! We could have survived a road trip back in the good, old days.
