Monday, November 7, 2016. IM Maryland Race Report. Its been five weeks since I raced in Maryland. Consequently I dont remember the experience as clearly as I once did. I find doing an Ironman is a bit like having a baby. After awhile you forget how unbelievably, horrifically, overwhelmingly difficult it was, and you start to fantasize about the glory of doing another one. Ironman amnesia! Anyway, five weeks out from the race what I primarily remember about IM Maryland is this. I QUALIFIED FOR KONA!
