Sunday, October 04, 2009. Started training for my 10k run in Melb marathon only last wk! Only 2-3 wks away! Was reluctant to head out to run as the weather has been so cold and windy. It was basically jogging on the spot and looking at either myself in the mirror or the empty gym weights behind. No MP3 to accompany me too. So I ended up planning an 8k neighourhood route!
