Wednesday, November 18, 2009. This year, all third graders had to complete a Reading Fair Project. We were able to complete our project on any book. Some of us chose our favorite books and others of us chose to do ours on one of the summer reading books. We tried to be creative so that other people would want to read our books.
Sunday, November 8, 2009. Van Winkle Elementary hosted its annual Career Day and Fall Festival on Friday, November 6th. The events were originally scheduled for Friday, October 30, but were postponed due to bad weather.
