Phillip was born in Westmoreland County but lived much of his life in Indiana County, where many of his descendants still live today. He died between 1900 and 1910.

My Levi was born to Frederick and Catharina Sheffler in 1841, after the death of John and Elizabeths son just a couple years previous. They also lived in the Sheffler Farm area.
