After cycling from Duncansby Head to Lands End last year and completing my first triathlon, this year the focus is on improving my triathlon performance possibly chucking in the odd cycling or running event as well. Tuesday, 9 November 2010. As usual no updates for a while. Have had a good couple of months, no events completed due to a number of very boring reasons but a fair bit of training done.
This is my training blog that details how I am getting on training for a cycle ride from my home in the West Midlands to Brixham, South Devon which is scheduled in June 2009.
