Monday, August 31, 2015. It was sad to leave the beautiful forests of Washington, but we started our journey down the coast. Our first stop for lunch was Astoria, OR. Stretching our legs and looking for a good place for lunch by the pier. Standing by a huge anchor. Looking at the bridge that goes over the Columbia River into Washington. We went first thing in the morning and had the place to ourselves. Lincoln makes a good cow.

Saturday, November 05, 2011. Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes. I decided to do a peanut butter and jelly swirl frosting. I was picturing the frosting being brighter and more vibrant, but I think they look great! I was very surprised! This is the cute box! Here you can see the jelly filled center.

Sunday, June 29, 2014. Hans had another vacation so we decided to go to the coast! We went to Rockaway, Oregon. It was great and we all enjoyed ourselves. We rented a condo that was so close to the beach. It had 2 bed 2 baths and a floor to ceiling window to take in the scenery! Bald eagle spotting. It flew right in front of us as we were sand dollar hunting and scooped up a fish and flew off. Here are some pictures of our experience. Look Mom a slide! .
