Thursday, April 5, 2018. Lots of flavor, plenty of veggies, low carb, and easy to make ahead of time. I doubled the recipe and put one of the dishes in the freezer. Love this for the weekday or taking dinner to someone. Instead of using chicken breasts, I simplified and used a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Tilton family gives the thumbs up. 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed. 2 10 oz bag cauliflower rice.
Tuesday, August 13, 2013. We decided it was about time we take all four kids camping! It was an adventure! It was cold and rainy but we had a good time with some great friends! Roger got a new hammock that the kids loved! Even Lucy wanted to try it out! You will notice that Lucy has her blanket tied around her in every picture because the girl cannot be parted from her blanket and this was the only way to keep her from dragging it around in the dirt all weekend! Sunday, February 9, 2014. After a month-long road trip, we were happy to be in the beautiful home. John and Jessica Tilton. Who else is with me? About a week before our move, we got a call from our Realtor. The house we were going to be moving into wouldnt be available for another month. What? So, we were supposed to be out of our GA house on June 30th, but our new house wouldnt be available until Aug 1st. That leaves 1 month with no house. So, what else could we do? Thursday, December 27, 2012. Above are some adorable swing pics I got of Lauryn and had to share. Except I burnt the ham. On the plus side I had a great little helper. We took silly questions to ask each other at the dinner table. Then while the dinner was cooking we drew turkerys on balloons and build marshmellow shooters and let the kids go on a TURKEY HUNT.
