We decided this week to stop renting out our beach house as a vacation rental and to rent it long-term. This is a really big change for us, since this is our ninth summer renting our place as a vacation rental. I really love this view. The pleasant winters here in Arizona and then.

My wife took a pregnancy test and at the age of 40, we realized we were going to add to our clan. after all the difficulties we went through to conceive Evan and Owen. this happens now!
