There are three mixing bowls in my kitchen. three generations of women have used them. this is my attempt to share what i cook in them, what conversations come out of those meals and how to cleanup a messy kitchen. Here is Henry Week Zero, a day old, in the hospital. Just to get a sense of what he was like. He has changed in many ways. Here is a little video to see his facial expressions. Nobody said it was easy. And if you know someone in his position, help them in a practical way.

At the moment, i have been captured by great music that moves my soul to a place of slow motion pictures shot in the raw, sun filtering through, bluring the harsh details and illuminating the ocean, the breeze and everything that is fond memories of peace and love.
