Saturday, May 15, 2010. Glad to be working! About a week and a half ago, our company laid off 10 employees. Two came from my department. Sure was quite a shock when it happened. Looking back now at the newest layoffs and thinking about some of the previous layoffs over the years, most of those people who have been let go have come out smelling like roses.
