This module covered a variety of topics, including task analysis, evaluation techniques, user support, documentation, cognitive models, and HCI in the software lifecycle. The chapter on user support was also very informative. It is important to consider different types of support and documentation for users of varying levels of expertise. Personally, I always prefer a quick start.
