J and K Adventures. Sunday, March 4, 2018. Kailua-Kona Excursions going South. Our favorite snorkeling spot, and one of the best on the island is Kahaluu Beach park. It was located just five miles south of our condo and was usually mobbed, but it was worth it. There was a pretty easy entry to the water and thousands of fish of every variety, as well as thousands of tourists of every ethnicity. Both were a joy and pleasure to watch! We went there three times. All the kinds of fish you could see there.CONTENT
