Back from my long awaited holiday from Bali! Really like this island where we have thoroughly enjoyed the Balinese friendliness. I was seriously curious how others always muse about how fun was Bali. But I understand and you will definitely not regret that you have made the trip there. We travelled in the morning flight via Air Asia.

Monday, August 06, 2007. Damn tired tis morning. Wake up tis morning 6am. Go downstairs and run 3 rounds ard my park. Walk another round as cooling down. Do another round of warming down. Go to coffeeshop to hve breakfast. Go back home n bathe. And here i come to work. Damn shaag n tired. I tink all the catagories of my IPPT, im in the failing point. My chin-up drop to onli 5 counts.
