Saturday, July 23, 2011. Our friends Sarah and Jason invited us to Lay Lake for a day full of fun and laughs. We stayed on the lake all day. We all got to go tubing and Jason even took Erin and Emily for their first wake board. Ride After hours of playing we headed back to their house for dinner. Blend Images -THE BLOG! August 15, 2015. Lauren Brevner is a mixed media artist from Vancouver B. who grew up in a mixed heritage family rich with culture and inspiration. In 2009 she moved to Osaka, Japan in the hopes of reconnecting with her roots. The composition of her paintings explore mixed-media through the use of oil, acrylic, resin and gold and silver leaf. This is then combined with a collage of Japanese chiyogami, yuzen, and washi paper on wood panels.
