Our MNC client has an opening for a Logistics Specialist in their Logistics Group located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. The Logistics Specialist will primarily be responsible for the end to end process in Shipping, with the usage of SAP Processes. Review daily logistics open order for total 7 plants in Malaysia. Create and monitor delivery and shipment cost. Daily communication with outside plants to ensure all delivery orders are received and delivered on-time. Chinese candidates are encouraged to apply.

Analyze contracts, identify issues, drafting, reviewing contracts and other legal related matters Liaise and coordinate litigation matters. Ensure that the company comply with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements. Provide legal support to the company and its branches. Support and assist the Head of Division on day to day legal documentation works. Minimum 5 years experience in legal.

Perform compliance, financial and operational audits as well as evaluate company practices and conformity to internal policies, external legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in preliminary surveys, risk analysis, drafting audit programs and reports. Draft report on findings with appropriate recommendation.

Journalise all types of accounting documents. Update general ledgers and fixed assets register. Handle any other accounting functions as and when required. Degree in Accounting or equivalent Accounting qualification. Preferably with 2 years experience in Accounting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must. This position is based in Petaling Jaya.
