Understanding the mission of the Jesuit Migration Academic Network. In June of 2005, Faculty and administrators from more than 20 Jesuit educational institutions from the United States, Mexico and Central America, along with immigration advocates, gathered at Fairfield University to start a three-year initiative on the study of global migration. This network is still in the early stages of development, but in the coming months more data and information will be added.
Jesuit Mission has worked in India for over 50 years. More recently we have extended our assistance to South East Asia and Africa.
