Monday, July 30, 2012. During the weekend, went gym as per normal, did my leg workout.My butt was hurting so badly! But it was worth it. Cooked my own chicken rice prior the leg workout. Wash rice as per normal. Add in the above ingredients into the rice mixture before cooking. You can add things like almonds,raisins and even ginger or curry powder to make it more bryani style. Cook as per normal using the rice cooker. Healthy chicken rice minus all the oil. But at least it is healthier. D. Its a brand.
