Thursday, April 25, 2013. I feel that listening to that connection between the complexity of videoconferencing and how it can be symbolic for Jerusalem put it all in perspective for me. The conflict is complex, like videoconferencing, however actions are being taken to help bring both sides together. Sunday, April 28, 2013. The one thing that I think that I enjoyed the most about this class was listening to the thoughts and opinions of my classmates during class discussions. As someone who has absolutely zero knowledge on this topic, listening to students who have a real passion for Jerusalem and the conflict surrounding the city was a very enlightening experience for me. These discussions and stories really helped me better understand the conflict and put things into perspective for me.

As for my course review paper, I intend to talk about blogs and how they helped me develop my thoughts, the different speakers and the various topics that we covered with them, my favorite speaker and topic, and perhaps adding the role of gender in Israeli society to the class.
