Efter att ha vilat sen igår och även vilat nästan hela dagen och kälat Alvedon så kände jag mig bättre, migränen släppte som tur var! Så det blev att hämta upp Ankan vid 15. 15 för att åka till friskis då vi två skulle på den roliga men fruktansvärda boxningen på 1 timme. Ankan åkte sedan hem och jag hoppade på ett spinningpass på 55 min en gång. Fruktansvärt slutkörd, trött och seg efter detta men det var väldigt skönt att få de gjort! 5 år av vänskap! Denna människa står vid sitt ord och.
