Well after the close of one chapter that happened yesterday, I quickly realized how many people were interested - or at least acted interested - in this blog. There was an error in this gadget. Sunday, September 11, 2011. Then I started seeing friends post on Facebook. where they were, what they were doing, how they felt. It started weighing on me and I started reflecting. I started to feel scared. Talks of the draft came up and at the time my husband and just about all my friends and family were eligible draft age.

Saturday, July 18, 2009. Nixis had a wonderful birthday. He had one birtdhay in Laie with the family. It was a very small traditional cake and icecream birthday. For his 2nd birthday, we took Nixis to Discovery Center. It was sooo much fun! He went backstage with daddy to run the lights in the theatre. Also played the role of pig with mommy as a bear and Kalia as a giraffe! This was a MUST! Thursday, June 25, 2009.
Sunday, August 2, 2015. The Iron kids are ready for their races. All the kids did great. So did the big kids. That was very sweet of someone. Posted by Jeremy and Annisha and family. Nathan got 2nd place in his first ever Pinewood Derby. He and Jeremy did a great job building his car and had a lot of fun doing it.
Sunday, July 26, 2015. I cannot believe you are 1! At one year old, you are still sweet as ever. You are walking like a pro. You eat all kinds of big kid food, but your favorites are mac and cheese, cheese, cheese toast, baby cheese puff snacks as well as peaches and bananas. You might have a thing for cheese. You still love to be outside. If you see an opportunity to get out, you go for it! You have.

Monday our first session of campers went home, which meant that we had a three day break before the second session of campers arrived. So what did I do? I finally was able to go to Boston for the first time since arriving, slept, visited Salem MA where the witch trials occurred, and went latin dancing in Cambridge.
