The Gardner Family Olympics in July. We competed in such events as the water balloon toss, the carry-egg-in-spoon relay, the thread-fruit-loops-on-yarn relay, and the good ole fashioned foot race! Atticus relishes the prospect of eating his necklace. Cousin Ben excitedly helps string on a fruit loop. Henry, keeping in vogue with those his age, sports his trendy new rings. Thursday, July 17, 2014. 4th of July on the Sound. 65279;For the 4th of July weekend, we got to take the big boat out with Nanie and Opie again! This time we cruised up to Friday Harbor. The girls were so excited when we docked, they were greeting all the passer-byers from the window in their room. We kept wondering why people were stopping at the boat and talking. We watched the fireworks in the harbor from the top deck of the boat.
