I dried out the plaster slabs in the kiln for about 3 hours up to 100 degrees. Once dry, I used slip and poured it over the plaster slabs and peeled it off when it was not quite leatherhard. Ive then cast the square slabs with plaster. the heat from the plaster released lots of flowery vapours. Monday, 7 March 2011.
