Tuesday, August 11, 2015. So Lets just get this one out of the way before we get to our little adventure in Mackinaw. We made ANOTHER trip to the emergency room! They wanted to make sure he could drink OK, so they gave him a grape slushie at 1130 at night thankyouverymuch. He loved that, of course, and decided going to the emergency room was totally worth it. A little over a week ago, we took the boys to Mackinaw City for the weekend and spent the day on Mackinac Island the Saturday we were there.

Saturday, August 1, 2015. Best Beach in the World. Every year we make our annual trip out to our favorite beach, North Bar Lake. Now it is known as the best beach in the world I think, or maybe the US. Either way we love this place and so do the kids. It is a little bit of a hike but we relax for the day and enjoy the beauty our God created. Ready to enjoy the day. Lake Michigan, beautiful scenery. My parents with the kids. Goggles were upside down, crazy kid. Having fun in the water.
