Wednesday, March 16, 2005. My knees are MESSED UP. I have no idea what i did, or why they are doing what they are. its incredibly hard to explain. But they do weird painful things when i run up stairs or sprint. and it hurts really bad for about 3 and a half seconds and then its ok. It sucks though. i dont know why they are doing this.
