I bought gel insoles to add in them, since the shoe style comes with very minimal cushion. Its amazing- the shoes are so light and flexible, and the gel insoles make all my steps so cushy and comfortable. definetly cuts down on the impact jogging has on my knees.
Another goal for the year is to take more pictures. I absolutely love photography and have even toyed with the idea of turning this hobby into a profession one day. But in the last year or so me actually taking photos has waned.
it is weird to feel both back in place and out of place at the same time. We arrived at 4am, and i had to take a small bus into lusaka. needless to say by the time i pulled into the bus station i was tired, smelly and very testy. 26 hours on a plane and i was back in toronto.
