I wanted to cook my corned beef in the slow cooker this year so jumped on google and found this recipe. I then read while preparing that you can add a split orange for added flavour. Mmmm sounded interesting so I threw in two orange halves. And only 20 minutes into cooking it smells so Christmassy and delicious.
