Friday, August 13, 2010. Drownings are hard to hear about. This makes me so sad. I feel there should be some sort of drastic seriousness about water. I know there are warning signs about not swimming in dangerous places. I know there are tons of programs across the country getting people of all ages to swim. BUT surely this is not enough. There are lots of drownings. This is wrong on so many levels! .
