The Davii return to the hill. Friday, October 1, 2010. Two years have come to an end and we must say goodbye to Kibaale. But if not, consider this the final post as we begin our new life back in Canada. Thanks again to everyone, for everything.
For Such a Time as This. Friday, April 17, 2015. It continually blows my mind how fast time goes by here. It literally disappears, but looking back, it always feels like so much has happened. Although it was hard to leave my family after Christmas, the transition back was the easiest so far. I think it was because I was expecting it to be hard whereas in the past it always caught me by surprise. I know that sounds strange, that it was easier but also.
My heart is so full, it is such an honor to walk along side a family through pregnancy and the birth of a new baby. This was one of my favorite photography journeys yet. I was able to photograph the gender reveal, maternity family photos, THE BIRTH! And now the sweet newborn of darling Molly.
