Joanna decided to give Track a try. Last Friday was her first meet. She competed in the 1500, the Long Jump, and the Relay Race. We went to our favorite beach over spring break. These two are so funny and love playing in the sand but would rather stay far, far away from the freezing water.
Wednesday, October 3, 2012. Experimented yesterday, Max said it was his new favorite enchiladas. 1 cup pureed spinach leaves. Mix spinach, shredded cheese, chicken, corn, and enchilada sauce. Roll up your pan of enchiladas and top with just cheese, no sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 ish minutes.
