We were even able to get the seller to come down a substantial amount and we made it through escrow with no major hitches. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. So, I begged Ryan and one weekend we just walked around and took pictures of the kids. I think I got some pretty good ones and the kids had a blast enjoying the gorgeous weather and running around. We have had a couple of 85 degree days this spring and Katey and Jake have really enjoyed playing in the sprinkler! She h.
