Tuesday, June 14, 2011. The last few work outs. Clean and jerk - blah blah, 126 5x2. F squats - blah blah, 150 6x2. Snatch - blah blah, 109 3x1. Jerks from the rack - 115 4x2. Cant do weighted pullups cuz i have to do any pullup on the rafters which requires an initial jump by me. So i did a few bodyweight ones. Friday, June 10, 2011. Made 3 out of 6.
