They accept exchange for defected items which is acceptable but it is hard to really do an exchange when you have to go to the post office to send the items back and needing to spend money in postage. If inclusive of postage for exchange, I can probably buy something from a shop and with better quality. After this experience I will not ever buy anything from this vendor ever again.
