Am 22 Mai 1925 wird der Schweizer Bildhauer Jean Tinguely in Fribourg geboren. In Basel beginnt er nach der Schulausbildung 1940 eine Lehre als Schaufensterdekorateur in einem Kaufhaus. Tinguely studiert anschließend von 1941 bis 1945 an der Kunstgewerbeschule in Basel.

This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Jean Torrance who was born in United Kingdom on 26 May1933 and passed away on 26 November 2011 at the age of 78.
